The year is almost gone and it was so quick. And I have been so busy that I never really got the time to sit down quietly and write about my travels. Today as I sat down looking at my travel photos, I thought this being the last weekend of 2018, it would be nice to write and share my travel experiences of this year. Bakkhali is around 124 kms from Kolkata and a straight south bound drive via Joka, Kakdwip, Namkhana to the Bay of Bengal. Bakkhali is a Gangetic delta island on the Bay of Bengal and is part of the Sunderbans. It is separated from the West Bengal mainland by the Hatania Doania creek atRead More →
